Full- Service Management

Collecting Rent:

We collect the rent every month and send it to you.  We can also pay bills on your behalf that are associated with the property.  We can also provide you with direct deposit of your rent proceeds. If you suite is not occupied you will not be charged for management fees until we rent your suite!

Coordinating Maintenance:

Utilizing our extensive network of contractors, vendors, and handymen, we manage all property maintenance and offer you unbeatable pricing and service. We maintain a 24 hour emergency on call service.

Inspecting Inside and Out:

We want to make sure your property is well-maintained, so we periodically inspect it to ensure the tenants are adhering to the terms of their lease.

Providing You Peace of Mind:

We send you a cheque or electronic deposit every month with an itemized statement detailing all transactions dealing with your property. We are available on call 24x7x365 to deal with any tenant emergencies
